Return & Refund Policy
At Allurance, we understand the importance of returns and customer preferences. However, as a bootstrapped startup, managing refunds is challenging. Therefore, our policy is as follows:

Returns: Customers can return defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Refunds will not be processed back to your original payment method. Instead, refunds will be credited to your Allurance Closed Wallet, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Proof of Issue: Customers must provide proof, such as an unboxing video or photos of the damaged product, to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased on clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.
