• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

• Once the order has been processed, cancellations will not be entertained.

5. Return and Refund Policy

At Allurance, we understand the importance of returns and customer preferences. However, as a bootstrapped startup, managing refunds is challenging. Therefore, our policy is as follows:

1. Returns: Customers can return defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds: Refunds will not be processed back to your original payment method. Instead, refunds will be credited to your Allurance Closed Wallet, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

3. Proof of Issue: Customers must provide proof, such as an unboxing video or photos of the damaged product, to initiate a return.

4. Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased on clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.

6. Payment Terms and Conditions

We process payments through secure third-party payment gateways. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate billing and payment information.

2. Comply with the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway.

3. Acknowledge that payment processing issues arising from the gateway are beyond Allurance's control.

7. Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Delivery Time:

   • Domestic Orders: Delivered within 5-7 business days.

   • International Orders: Delivered within 7-14 business days, subject to customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges:

   • Domestic shipping charges vary based on product weight and location. Free shipping may be offered for orders above INR 599.

   • International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes in their country.

4. Tracking: Once shipped, tracking information will be communicated to you.

8. Offers and Coupons Policy

Allurance occasionally provides promotional offers and discount coupons. These are subject to the following conditions:

1. Validity: Offers and coupons are valid for a limited time as specified and cannot be reused unless explicitly stated.
